James Fulham advises private equity fund managers and independent sponsors as a member of Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory Group. He specializes in raising equity capital for blind pool funds and individual transactions.
James takes a hands-on approach to capital raises with a tactical, programmatic strategy. He is committed to providing critical advice at pivotal moments, recognizing that a successful equity capital raise requires open dialogue and tailored transaction processes.
Prior to joining Lincoln, James worked in UBS’ private funds group.
James earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics at Harvard University.
