I form close relationships with my clients to understand their needs and ultimately help them achieve their strategic goals.

James is responsible for coordinating Lincoln’s global resources and managing the firm’s business in China. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity investment advisory. He has advised clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings, bond issuance, private placements and capital raising.

Throughout his career, James has worked for commercial banks, private equity firms, investment banks and corporate organizations. He has worked on transactions across a variety of industries, including financial services, infrastructure, telecom, consumer products, transportation, power and utility and natural resources.

Prior to joining Lincoln, James was Chief Financial Officer of Joyme Group. Formerly, James was with Morgan Stanley where he was Executive Director of the investment banking division. James also served as Vice President of Huaneng Invesco WLR Investment Consulting Co.

James holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science from Sun Yat-sen University. He is a chartered financial analyst.
