Hannah provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services as a member of Lincoln’s Global Healthcare Group. She has executed both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for a range of private equity-owned and public clients, and in previous roles completed two of the largest initial public offerings on the Australian Securities Exchange and restructured a number of portfolio companies of large multinational private equity clients in Australia. Hannah’s experience spans domestic and international markets, having advised clients based in the U.S., U.K., New Zealand, Australia and parts of Asia.
Hannah applies her deep healthcare expertise to help clients with transactional opportunities as a result of positive macro trends in the industry. By running bespoke, competitive global processes with her full focus on all facets of a transaction, Hannah ensures an optimal outcome for her clients.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Hannah worked in the healthcare M&A team at KPMG. Previously, she worked in the special situations team of Moelis & Company in Sydney, focused primarily on capital restructures, capital amendments and equity conversions. Hannah started her career in the equity capital markets team at Credit Suisse.
Hannah earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
