Greg provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services as an officer in Lincoln’s Global Healthcare Group. He has executed both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for a range of private equity-owned and privately held companies across the healthcare space.

Greg combines disciplined and efficient process management techniques, a collaborative approach with clients and deep healthcare sector expertise to create bespoke, competitive processes, thereby telling every business’ unique story and driving an optimal outcome for every transaction.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Greg advised Fortune 500 healthcare companies as part of PwC’s management consulting practice. He also spent time in Silicon Valley as part of an internal incubator, where he developed a thorough appreciation for high-growth, innovative businesses.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan, and his Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
