Eugenio has significant mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience, advising on domestic and cross-border transactions on behalf of leading private equity firms, corporations and privately-owned businesses. He is involved with all aspects of the M&A cycle and pro-actively engages prospective clients with an optimistic and detail-oriented approach to provide high quality, deep domain expertise.
He has extensive experience working on both sell-side and buy-side transactions across a range of sectors, such as industrials, chemicals and consumer. His deep industry insight and broad transaction experience enables him to generate superior outcomes for his clients.
Eugenio has spent most of his professional career at Lincoln, joining the firm as an analyst. Prior to beginning his investment banking career, he worked in strategy at Accenture and at Aegon Asset Management in Shanghai.
Eugenio earned a double Master of Science degree in international management, summa cum laude, from Fudan University and Bocconi University, where he also received a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance.
