Erik provides special situations and restructuring advisory services to companies and stakeholders of companies facing capital structure issues driven by unfavorable economic conditions, secular industry disruption, operational disruptions and other company-specific challenges.
Throughout his career, Erik has worked with companies across industries, including industrials, automotive, business services, consumer, energy financial services and healthcare. His wide range of expertise enables him to successfully guide his clients through challenging situations.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Erik worked as a vice president in the Commercial Capital division of Wells Fargo where he structured, restructured, underwrote, documented and executed debt and lease finance transactions in the industrial, transportation and energy & power sectors. Previously, Erik underwrote and executed mid-market asset-based debt transactions across a wide variety of industries for MB Financial Bank (acquired by Fifth Third Bank).
Erik has a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance from Elmhurst University.
