As a member of the Global Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group, Don provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising advisory services to private equity investors, public and private company owners, founders and management teams within the cyber security and risk and compliance sectors.

With over 20 years of experience, Don has developed strong relationships with leaders and investors within the industry. His connections and expertise bolster Lincoln’s position as the global ‘go-to’ advisor for security, risk and compliance solutions providers. He is dedicated to pairing the best and brightest industry leaders with strategic and financial partners that will most effectively position an acceleration of solutions to cyber threats.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Don led JMP Securities’ cybersecurity and risk investment banking practice for five years as a Managing Director. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Signal Hill and its predecessor Updata Capital, where he led M&A and private financing for cybersecurity and risk clients. Don began his banking career at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Don holds a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
