Dominique Lecendreux

My approach to navigating clients toward success is to listen and deeply understand their needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to achieve their goals.

Dominique provides overall strategic and operational leadership for Lincoln’s activities in France. He principals the procurement and management of clients and leads deal teams. Dominique has more than 20 years of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory experience. He actively manages buy- and sell-side transactions for private equity clients, private business owners and large corporate clients.

Dominique has successfully originated and executed M&A transactions across a variety of industries and has built trusted, long-term relationships globally with industry leaders in business services, consumer goods and distribution sectors.

Prior to co-founding Lincoln’s French office, Dominique was a senior partner and country head of KPMG Corporate Finance in France. He began his M&A career at Messieurs Worms & Cie.

Dominique earned a degree in finance and strategy from ESSEC Business School.
