Daniel provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry with a primary focus on marketing technology, network testing and monitoring software and managed services.
His experience includes both buy-side and sell-side for leading public and private companies, private equity firms and founder- and management-owned businesses.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Daniel worked at Prudential Financial in M&A and corporate development and at J.P. Morgan where he focused on M&A in the consumer and retail sector. Previously, Daniel worked as an engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff.
Daniel earned a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and both a Master and Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut.
