I enjoy working closely with shareholders and management teams to help them achieve their strategic objectives and realize value in their businesses.
Daniel provides sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients primarily in the aerospace, defense and industrial technology sectors. He also provides advice to clients on partnerships, strategic alliances, joint ventures (JVs) and minority stakes.
Daniel recognizes that new technologies are emerging in a range of new innovative companies and that there is a need for strategics and financial investors to access them to help make them a success.
Prior to joining Lincoln as an associate, Daniel was an analyst in Citigroup’s U.K. investment banking team where he advised clients in a range of sectors on U.K. public M&A. Previously, he was as an infantry officer in the British Army where he served as a platoon leader in Iraq and Afghanistan and advised on army partnering strategy.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Engineering in aerospace engineering from the University of Bristol and is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
