Constantijn providers mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, corporations and entrepreneurs. He has extensive experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, as well as corporate carve-outs, capital raises and corporate divestures.

As a member of Lincoln’s Technology Group, Constantijn structures innovative solutions tailored to clients across the technology industry. He emphasizes a hands-on advisory approach and brings a strong attention to detail to each transaction.

Constantijn began his career at Lincoln, joining as an Analyst in 2017.

Constantijn earned both his Master of Science (cum laude) in Finance & Investments and Bachelor of Science degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
