Chris provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry. He advises on both cross-border and domestic transactions for private equity firms, strategic acquirers and entrepreneurs.
Chris has extensive experience on both sides of M&A advisory, having led acquisition engagements as well as sell-side transactions for his clients. Chris collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique ambitions and goals, enabling him to best position all assets and effectively structure the transaction process.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Chris was a Senior M&A Manager at Sandvik Coromant. Previously, he was an Investment Manager at LeoVentures (the in-house venture capital arm of LeoVegas Group) and a Corporate Development Manager at LeoVegas Group. Before that, Chris was an Associate at Nordea Markets and Danske Bank.
Chris has a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Stockholm University. He speaks English and Swedish.
