Brian advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions within Lincoln’s global Consumer Group. He has experience working on domestic and cross-border transactions with private and family-owned businesses, private equity groups and publicly traded corporations.

Brian leverages industry knowledge and transaction experience to drive well-planned, efficient processes across consumer sectors.

Prior to Lincoln, Brian worked for Park Sutton Advisors focused on asset and wealth management M&A.

Brian completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Gonzaga University.
