Anant provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services for clients in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector. Anant has over 8 years of M&A experience advising a number of private equity funds and public and privately held businesses on sell-side and buy-side domestic and cross-border transactions.
Anant has worked with companies across the TMT industry including companies in the IT services, communications technology, system integration, software and software development sectors. Through his experience, Anant has developed deep industry expertise to help his clients navigate the numerous opportunities available to achieve successful outcomes.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Anant was a member of the TMT M&A team at Canaccord Genuity and at M&A advisory boutique, Livingstone Partners. He began his career at EY.
Anant earned a Master of Science (with distinction) from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) from Durham University. He is a qualified chartered accountant.
