Amélie has more than 15 years of transactional experience focused on mid-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A) assignments and equity transactions. She has a deep knowledge of sourcing and executing sell-sides, buy-sides, leveraged buyouts and divestitures for both corporate clients and financial investors.
Amélie has gained a rich understanding of the consumer goods industry and European mid-market M&A from her interactions with entrepreneurs who are leaders in their markets. She has provided M&A advisory services across a variety of industries, specifically consumer goods, business services and industrials.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Amélie worked in the equity capital markets group at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank where she focused on the structuring and execution of equity transactions.
Amélie earned a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master of Financial Engineering from the University of Paris Sorbonne and a Bachelor in Corporate Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine.
