Alex provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to public companies, private equity clients as well as their portfolio companies. He has expertise across multiple sectors, with a deep understanding of the consumer and chemicals industries.

Alex leverages his knowledge of key market dynamics to provide clients with meaningful perspectives that serve their goals. His understanding about Chinese local companies’ practices along with his financial and tax expertise helps clients identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Alex was a Senior Associate in M&A transaction services at Deloitte. Previously, he was an Associate of Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the Tianjin University of Finance and Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
