Adriana provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients across industries. She has experience advising on sell-side, cross-border, buy-side and private placement transactions for public companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Adriana utilizes her significant M&A experience to carefully understand her clients’ needs, providing thoughtful analysis and industry insights that help drive deal rationale.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Adriana worked as a Senior Associate in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division for over five years, focusing on industrials and technology, media and telecom.

Adriana earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance, both from Tsinghua University.
