Adam provides both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions advisory services for clients. He has significant experience working on numerous transactions for leading private equity firms, privately held businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Adam has also advised private equity clients on the structuring and arranging of financings for leveraged buyouts and refinancing.

Adam utilizes his deep industry knowledge to perform detailed due diligence to identify differentiating attributes, key business drivers and risks for his clients. He prepares communication strategies to best position clients and targets optimal strategic and financial acquirers. Adam specializes in working with industrial technology companies.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Adam worked in the Debt Capital Markets group at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where he originated, structured and executed securitization transactions for automotive, industrial, telecom and financial institution clients.

Adam earned a Masters of Business Administration (with honors) from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. Adam is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
