John Herrmann joins Lincoln International LLC as Vice Chairman

Lincoln International, a leading mid-market investment bank, has announced that John Herrmann has joined as Vice Chairman of the firm’s North American operations today. Mr. Herrmann will be based in Lincoln International’s fast growing New York office.

Mr. Herrmann has more than 40 years of experience in investment banking; most recently having served as a Managing Director in the M&A practice for JP Morgan Securities Inc. since 2000. John brings to Lincoln International the valuable experience of having started and led his own international M&A boutique, The Bridgeford Group, which merged with the Beacon Group in 1997 and then with JP Morgan in 2000. Prior to founding The Bridgeford Group, John was a co-founder of and served as Senior Managing Director in the Merger and Acquisition department of Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Herrmann is currently a Director of National Public Radio and the President of its Foundation. He also serves as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Board of Family & Children’s Services and a trustee of a number of other not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Herrmann received a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
