Patricia Luscombe joins Lincoln International as Managing Director

Lincoln International, a leading mid-market investment bank, has announced that Patricia Luscombe has joined the firm as managing director today.

Luscombe has more than 20 years of experience in financial advisory and valuation services. Her clients have ranged from closely-held businesses to Fortune 500 companies, with a particular expertise serving businesses in the financial services, healthcare, consumer products, service and manufacturing sectors. As managing director, Luscombe will lead valuation and fairness opinion assignments for Lincoln International.

Having spent the vast majority of her career exclusively on providing valuations and fairness opinions, the addition of Luscombe to Lincoln International demonstrates our focus on increasing our capabilities in this particular area, said Rob Barr, managing director and President of Lincoln International’s U.S. operations. Her depth of experience as well as her broad range of expertise will immediately benefit our clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln International, Luscombe worked as managing director for Duff & Phelps, Inc. where she was one of the leaders of the firm’s valuations and fairness opinions practice. In this role, she provided corporate financial advisory and valuation services to public and private businesses, private equity firms, boards of directors and fiduciaries.

Luscombe will also be active in the generation of new business for Lincoln International. At Duff & Phelps, she produced a significant number of new engagements annually to help grow the Chicago office.

Before her 16 years at Duff & Phelps, Luscombe was a corporate finance associate for Smith Barney, a division of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., where she managed a variety of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and equity and debt financings.

Luscombe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Stanford University, a Masters in economics degree from the University of Chicago and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago. Luscombe is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Luscombe has been a member of the Chicago Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and Business Valuation Association, the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Chicago and a member and former president of the Chicago Finance Exchange.
