Lincoln International strengthens global education sector expertise with addition of Zack Shah

Lincoln International today announced that Zack Shah has joined the firm as a Managing Director to deliver investment banking advisory services to education services clients. He joins the firm’s global effort in building a leading education and training practice with professionals in the US, Europe and Asia. Zack will focus on origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raise transactions from Lincoln’s Chicago office.

Most recently, Zack was Head of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at Adtalem Global Education. Prior to Adtalem, Zack was a Managing Director at Lazard where he focused exclusively on the education sector. Zack’s professional history also includes roles as a Director at BMO Capital Markets, and a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (f/k/a Banc of America Securities). He started his investment banking career at Wells Fargo (f/k/a Wachovia Securities).
