A strong and sustainable Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy that supports the successful development and engagement of everyone is our highest priority. To that end, we have a team of dedicated professionals designing a vision and roadmap to ensure Lincoln remains a leader on professional and cultural aspects that matter to candidates, employees, clients and other stakeholders, including:
- Ensuring strong awareness and ownership of inclusive leadership mindsets and behaviors at all levels
- Investing in impactful professional development programs to accelerate talent, especially among women and those from underrepresented identities
- Rewarding inclusive leadership as well as commercial success; and
- Fostering psychological safety in forums where employees are encouraged and supported to authentically share their experiences and gain fellowship and support.
Our cross functional DE&I team consists of executive leadership, our Director of DE&I, a global steering committee and outside advisory from an expert in this area.

The values inherent in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) are becoming increasingly important for business leaders, investors, employees and communities alike. Lincoln International, through its global team of investment banking advisors, works closely with clients to evaluate and address ESG opportunities and risks as the business community and world increase its focus on a greener and more just economy.
At Lincoln International, employees bring the same energy that fuels client success to helping their communities. Whether working on behalf of clients or for an important cause, we are united globally in our efforts to help the communities where we work and live thrive.
Around the world, Lincoln employees lend their talents, time and financial support to important community organizations and causes. Through the firm’s employer match program and ongoing charitable commitments, we have enabled our global employees to donate more than $500,000 through volunteerism, grants and corporate matching gifts since 2018. Offices around the world regularly organize volunteer activities as a method for both enhancing their community and strengthening employee culture.
In addition to the individual efforts of our employees, Lincoln International celebrates its shared sense of giving annually during April in honor of the company’s founding in April 1996. Lincoln’s more than 725 global employees channel their efforts to support area causes through giving activities affectionately referred to as Abe Day in recognition of the company’s namesake, U.S. President Abraham Lincoln.
