Lincoln International Promotes Andrew Bohutinsky to Managing Director

Lincoln International, a leading mid-market investment bank, today announced that Andrew Bohutinsky has been promoted to Managing Director, effective January 1, 2007.

Bohutinsky, 36, has been with Lincoln International since early 2002, when he joined as Vice President. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in June 2005. Bohutinsky heads the firm’s building products industry practice group. He also actively leads deal teams on a day-to day basis and provides financial advice to clients including private equity firms, Fortune 500 multinationals and private companies.

Since Bohutinsky joined the building products group in 2002, Lincoln International has developed a leading presence in that industry, completing 14 assignments in 2005 and 2006 and has 10 current engagements entering 2007. His extensive experience and expertise in the building products sector has helped guide numerous clients through significant company changes and milestones. Well-versed in financial matters and trends related to the building products industry, he is a regular columnist in major industry publications and a regular speaker at industry conferences and events.

Bohutinsky received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics (summa cum laude) from Washington College in Chestertown, Md. He received his juris doctor from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, N.Y., where he was an editor of the Cornell Law Review. Previously to Lincoln International, he was a Vice President at Green Manning & Bunch and worked as a corporate transactions attorney at Hopkins & Sutter and Altheimer & Gray.
