Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The Vitec Group plc (“Vitec”), a UK, publicly-traded provider of products and services for the international broadcast, photographic, and MAG (military, aerospace and government) markets in its recently announced acquisition of Haigh-Farr, Inc. (“Haigh-Farr”). Haigh-Farr, based in Bedford, NH, has over thirty years of experience in the design and manufacture of flight-body antennas for leading US government prime contractors.
Lincoln International worked closely through its London and Los Angeles offices with Vitec’s management to identify Haigh-Farr based on its attractive technology, and complementary end markets, and to ensure the successful outcome of the transaction. The acquisition of Haigh-Farr represents an important strategic development for Vitec’s Integrated Microwave Technologies business unit, which specializes in innovative digital microwave solutions for defense, security and law enforcement applications.
