Lincoln International Represents Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) in Sale of Graphics Microsystems, Inc. to Advanced Vision Technology, Ltd. (XETRA: VSJ)
CHICAGO, October 22, 2007 - Lincoln International today announced the sale of Graphics Microsystems, Inc. ("GMI" or the "Company"), a subsidiary of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) to Advanced Vision Technology, Ltd. (XETRA: VSJ), an Israel-based public company traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Dover Corporation.
This transaction represents the ninth divestiture that Lincoln International has successfully completed for Dover Corporation. Additionally, this transaction represents the 23rd successful assignment completed by Lincoln Internationals Industrial Components and Systems Group in 2007 and the seventeenth cross-border deal for Lincoln International since the beginning of the year.
GMI is a supplier of closed loop color control systems, color management and reporting software and remote digital ink fountain control systems. GMI products are sold to leading commercial, semi-commercial, newspaper and specialty printers in the heatset and coldset web printing markets as well as printing press OEMs worldwide.
