Lincoln International Represents Tritex Corporation and G.L. Ohrstrom & Co., Inc. in the Sale of Tritex to Harbour Group
CHICAGO, April 23, 2007 - Lincoln International, a leading mid-market investment bank, today announced that Tritex Corporation ("Tritex"), holding company ("HLM") and Haydon Motion Europe S.A.R.L. ("HME") (collectively referred to as "Haydon"), has been acquired by Harbour Group ("Harbour"), a private equity investment firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Haydon, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality fractional horsepower linear actuators, lead screw assemblies, rotary stepper motors and hermetically sealed switches for niche market applications, was a portfolio company of G.L. Ohrstrom & Co., Inc. ("G.L. Ohrstrom"), a private equity investment firm headquartered in New York, New York. The terms of this transaction were not disclosed.

The sale of Tritex marks the second time Lincoln International has successfully completed a sale on behalf of G.L. Ohrstrom, having managed the sale of Flexi-Mat Corporation in 2003.
