Lincoln International represents Bridgepoint Capital in the sale of Management 2000 Beteiligungs-AG (Management 2000) to Vebego International N.V.

Frankfurt, January 1, 2007 -  Bridgepoint Capital and the management team have sold their respective shares of Management 2000 Beteiligungs-AG to Vebego International N.V. The company is one of the leading temporary staffing agencies in Germany and is the market leader in the segment of supra-regional temporary staffing of highly qualified technicians for small and medium-sized businesses. Management 2000 generates an annual turnover of approx. Euro 57 million.

Vebego International N.V., headquartered in the Netherlands, is a family-owned business active in the fields of facility management, cleaning, general technical services and personnel services in nine European countries. The acquisition of Management 2000 strengthens the temporary staffing activities of Vebego International N.V. in the German-speaking regions.
