Lincoln International Promotes Dirk Langenbach To Managing Director
FRANKFURT, Feb. 1, 2007 Lincoln International, a leading mid-market M&A advisor/investment bank with offices in Frankfurt, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Paris announced today that Dirk Langenbach has been promoted to Managing Director, effective February 1, 2007.
Langenbach, 37, has been with Lincoln International (formerly Peters Associates AG) since spring 2001, when he joined as Senior Vice President. Dirk Langenbach is a member of the firm's Consumer Goods/Retail team, as well as the Packaging team, and heads the firm's food ingredients efforts. He actively leads project execution teams on a day-to day basis and provides financial advice to clients, which include private equity funds, large corporations and mid-market and privately held companies.

Well-versed in financial matters and trends related to the before-mentioned industries, he is experienced in leveraged buy-outs, public take-overs, mergers and capital markets deals, which he was involved in as the global coordinator of UBS (his former employer) for the stock exchange listing of Deutsche Post.
Dirk Langenbach completed a bank apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank in Münster, obtained an economics intermediate diploma at the University of Münster and was awarded a triple degree (Diplom-Kaufmann, Diplôme Grande Ecole, European Masters) at the EAP European School of Management (ESCP-EAP). Prior to Lincoln International, he was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank and worked in Frankfurt, London, New York and Zurich. In addition to German as his native tongue, he also speaks English, French and Spanish.
