Royal Sanders, a portfolio company of 3i, has acquired Tunap Cosmetics

Royal Sanders is the leading private label and contract manufacturer of personal care products in Europe. Its key geographies are Benelux, Germany, France and the UK, with plants in Vlijmen and Zeewolde, the Netherlands; Preston, UK; and Ieper, Belgium.

The acquisition of Tunap Cosmetics fits well with 3i’s and Royal Sanders’ strategy to accelerate growth in the fragmented personal care environment in Europe through targeted acquisitions across different geographies.

Lincoln International acted as exclusive financial advisor to Royal Sanders and 3i on this transaction.
