Sahale Snacks has been sold to The J.M. Smucker Company

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Sahale Snacks, Inc. (“Sahale” or the “Company”) has been sold to The J.M. Smucker Company (NYSE:SJM). Sahale was an investment of Palladium Equity Partners (“Palladium”). The transaction was completed on September 4, 2014. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sahale is a high-growth provider of premium-branded nut and fruit snack blends. Founded in Seattle in 2003, the Company combines wholesome, natural ingredients using proprietary globally-inspired recipes to create snacks that are healthy, authentic and delicious.
