Detailed Biography

Role at Lincoln International:

Sarit is a Vice President in the Valuations & Opinions Group where she leads valuation and financial advisory assignments. Sarit’s valuations expertise is augmented by her extensive experience working at a Big Four accounting firm.

Advisory Experience:

Sarit has over fifteen years of experience in the valuation profession, with a particular focus on the valuation of business enterprises and debt valuations as well as alternative and other illiquid investments. Sarit has performed valuations of businesses, both domestic and international, ranging in size from small, closely held businesses to divisions of Fortune 500 companies. She has performed these appraisals in connection with financial reporting, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, division spin-offs, estate planning and tax planning. Sarit has also performed intangible asset valuations, including but not limited to, customer intangibles, trademarks and trade names, technology and non-compete agreements. Sarit has performed these valuations in connection with the allocation of purchase price in transactions as well as for goodwill impairment testing.

Industry Experience:

Sarit has experience in serving national and multinational clients in a broad range of industries, with a concentration in the financial institution sector. She has significant experience serving financial services firms including advising and performing analyses for private equity, hedge funds, asset managers, commercial banks, broker/dealers, mortgage banks, and consumer finance companies.

Past Affiliations:

Sarit joined Lincoln International in 2014 as a vice president. Previously, Sarit spent over ten years at Deloitte & Touche LLP where she was a Manager in their Financial Advisory Services (Valuation) Group providing client valuations and specialist services to support the attest groups.

Academic Credentials:

Sarit earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester, William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. She is also designated as an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. She serves as Vice President on the Board of the New York Chapter of the ASA.
