Stockholm Mergers & Acquisitions Business Services | Consumer | Industrials +46 (0)73 855 01 08
I have been fortunate in my career to come across a great number of remarkable and truly inspiring individuals, both as business partners and colleagues. This, for me, is the greatest reward.

For nearly 20 years, John has provided mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the Nordic region. His M&A advisory experience includes sell-side transactions and complex situations, including cross-board public offers, hostile defenses and carve-outs. John has advised large multinational companies, founder-led businesses and financial sponsors.

John advises companies about accelerating growth and reaching new markets outside the region as well as providing access to foreign organizations looking to invest in the Nordics. He has advised clients on transactions across a broad range of sectors including consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, professional services, building components and logistics.

Prior to joining Lincoln, John founded Navigo Partners, a Swedish M&A boutique firm. Earlier in his career, he worked with Deutsche Bank and Greenhill & Co. in London.

John earned a Master of Science in international business administration from Lund University and the University of St. Gallen.
