Lincoln International represents Dominus Capital L.P. in its sale of On Campus Marketing to Spire Capital Partners
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that On Campus Marketing (“OCM” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Dominus Capital L.P. (“Dominus”) has been sold to Spire Capital Partners (“Spire”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
OCM, headquartered in Ewing, NJ, is the largest marketing and eCommerce platform exclusively serving the college demographic, providing affinity programs for colleges and universities across the U.S. The Company utilizes university-branded direct marketing across both traditional and digital channels to sell a diversified group of products geared towards college students and alumni. OCM has relationships with over 900 of the largest colleges and universities across the country and reaches more than two million unique households annually.

Lincoln acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Dominus and OCM, working closely with the Company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process.
