Lincoln International launches UK Debt Advisory Business

Lincoln International, the leading independent global mid-market investment bank, is delighted to announce the launch of a UK debt advisory business and the appointment of Jonathan Broome as Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory at its London Office. He will join Lincoln International in January 2011.

Broome joins Lincoln International from DC Advisory (formerly Close Brothers Corporate Finance) where he was a Managing Director in their Debt Advisory Group. Jonathan has over a decade of debt experience and will focus on helping clients raise and refinance debt facilities as well as providing restructuring advice.

His recent experience includes: advising Graphite Capital on its acquisition of U-POL from AAC Capital, advising AAC Capital on its acquisition of NSL from 3i, advising LGV on its acquisition of Snow & Rock, advising Warburg Pincus on its acquisition of Survitec from Montagu Private Equity and advising Vitruvian on its take-private of Inspired Gaming.
