Lincoln International Promotes Three to Managing Director
Ulrich Desl joined Lincoln International’s Frankfurt office as an intern in 2004 and today is responsible for establishing and strengthening the firm’s relationships with financial sponsors as head of Lincoln’s Financial Sponsor Coverage in Germany. Ulrich has significant experience in M&A transactions and other advisory mandates for private equity clients across various industry sectors. In 2007, Ulrich spent six months working in the U.S. as part of Lincoln International’s program of giving highly rated staff the opportunity to work in offices outside of their home country. After taking a break to earn his MBA (Dean’s List, Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society) from IE Business School in Madrid, Ulrich returned as Director in 2014 to take over the responsibility for Financial Sponsor Coverage in Germany. Ulrich also holds a degree (Honors) in Banking & Finance from the University of Applied Science bfi in Vienna.
Brad Keyworth joined Lincoln International in 2002 as an Analyst and now leads the firm’s Distribution Group, providing merger & acquisition advisory services to mid-market clients. Brad has significant experience in sell-side and buy-side transactions, recapitalizations and other strategic advisory mandates across various industry sectors. He is also active in the firm’s associate and analyst recruiting activities. From 2005 to 2006, Brad spent a year working in Germany as part of Lincoln International’s program of giving highly rated staff the opportunity to work in offices outside of their home country. In 2007, Brad started an MBA program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. In 2009, upon graduation, Brad returned to the firm to further contribute to its growth. Brad also earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Highest Honors and Bronze Tablet distinction).
Natalie Marjancik joined Lincoln International in 2009 as an Associate in Lincoln's Debt Advisory Group. Natalie’s primary area of expertise is advising corporate and private equity clients on the structuring and arranging of financing for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings and restructurings. Additionally, Natalie participates in the firm’s financial advisory activities, including assessing and rendering opinions on companies’ debt capacity. Prior to joining Lincoln International, Natalie practiced corporate law for approximately eight years. She spent most of her legal career practicing law at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York and London. Natalie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Highest Honors), a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law (magna cum laude) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management at Purdue University (Highest Distinction).
