Phillip McCreanor Joins Lincoln International’s London Office as a Managing Director in the Global Industrials Practice

Lincoln International, a leading global, mid-market investment bank, announced today that it has strengthened its Global Industrials investment banking practice with the addition of Phillip McCreanor as Managing Director in its London office. Since 2010, Lincoln International’s Global Industrials team has been ranked #1 by Mergermarket for four consecutive years, completing more than 150 M&A transactions over this time period. The Global Industrials practice has grown to over 80 professionals across 16 offices worldwide serving private equity-owned, publicly traded and privately-held companies in the industrial technology and industrial equipment and materials sectors.

Lincoln International, a leading global, mid-market investment bank, announced today that it has expanded its Valuations & Opinions Group. The Valuations & Opinions Group has grown significantly over the last several years and has expanded its client base to include many of the largest and most prestigious business development companies (BDCs), alternative asset managers, credit opportunity funds and private equity groups. The Group’s recent additions will enable Lincoln International to offer even more in-depth expertise and advice on valuations and transaction opinion services to a broader range of clients.

Since establishing a presence in the UK market in 2008, Lincoln’s London office has grown to more than 30 professionals. In 2014 the office is on track to record its sixth consecutive year of growth with 15 transactions completed year to date in M&A and Debt Advisory, and 24 clients won in our Pensions Advisory business, taking scheme assets under advice to approaching £100 billion.
