Chris Petrossian, Managing Director at Lincoln International, Named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Most Influential M&A Advisors”

Chris Petrossian, Managing Director and Head of the Los Angeles Office at Lincoln International, was named to the 2013 Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Most Influential M&A Advisors” list that recognizes the best mergers and acquisitions advisors in the Los Angeles region.

Chris heads Lincoln International’s Los Angeles office and is on the Operating Committee of the firm. He is responsible for sourcing and executing advisory and capital raising transactions for public and private companies, financial sponsors and family offices on the West Coast. Chris has over 15 years of advisory experience in a broad range of industries and products, successfully closing over 50 transactions with over $43 billion in value. Prior to joining Lincoln in 2011, Chris spent 11 years at Lehman Brothers / Barclays Capital, most recently heading up the Western Region Middle Market group. Prior to that, Chris spent time with Deloitte Consulting and Jones Lang LaSalle. Chris holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from UCLA, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.
