Philip Edwards Joins Lincoln International as Vice President to Expand Financial Sponsors Coverage

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that Philip Edwards has joined the firm as a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group in the United States. He will be based in Lincoln International’s New York office.

Mr. Edwards has more than ten years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Over the course of his career, Mr. Edwards has executed a wide range of transactions as a leveraged finance banker and a high yield capital markets specialist and, more recently, as a private equity and mezzanine investor. Prior to joining Lincoln International, Mr. Edwards worked at AIG Investments for four years. Before AIG, he was an investment banker at CIBC and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Edwards will join Lincoln International’s Financial Sponsors Group, where he will focus on establishing and strengthening the Firm’s relationships with financial sponsors. He will work closely with Lincoln International’s industry and product bankers to provide M&A, capital raising, restructuring and valuation/opinion services to financial sponsors in the U.S.
