Lincoln International ranks first in German M&A transactions for first quarter of 2010 according to the merger market League Table

Frankfurt, April 12, 2010 – For the first time, Lincoln International leads the highly regarded merger market League Table for the number of successful German transactions (please click here for the official ranking). All six transactions completed were cross border deals where Lincoln International represented the seller. Buyers were international corporations with headquarters in Taiwan, Australia and the USA.

As we are anticipating a considerable increase in M&A activity in Germany going forward, the Frankfurt office of Lincoln International has hired three additional Managing Directors since the beginning of the year. In the coming months we are planning to further strengthen our organization and enhance our global sector teams with additional hiring. The core focus of Lincoln International is sell-side transactions in the mid-cap segment with valuations between Euro 25m and 250m.
