Lincoln International’s German team for restructuring and special situations builds its reputation on a fast, efficient and value-oriented execution of recapitalizations and selling processes in special situations.

We combine market-tested M&A know-how with an active transaction process to guarantee a fast and value-enhancing transfer of company shares or assets under the influence of complex conditions.

During the last five years, the team has accompanied more than 35 transactions evolved from insolvencies, pre-insolvencies and other special situations. Among these transactions there were regional as well as nationwide important corporate sales and transferring recapitalizations. Examples were the sale of Eurobike Gruppe, Mero and Bohlen&Doyen. The typical size of companies that are advised by Lincoln International ranges between EUR 10 million and EUR 250 million of revenue.
