Lincoln International Represents Red Diamond Capital in the Sale of InterFlex Holdings Inc. to Nicolet Capital Partners, LLC
Lincoln International announced the sale of InterFlex Holdings, Inc. (“InterFlex” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Red Diamond Capital (“Red Diamond”) to Nicolet Capital Partners, LLC (“Nicolet”). Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Red Diamond, working closely with InterFlex’s senior management team throughout the sale process.
InterFlex is a leading producer of specialty printed and converted flexible packaging solutions for the food and consumer packaged goods industries in the U.S. and Europe. InterFlex operates five world-class manufacturing operations in the U.S. and U.K., which provide superior expertise in flexographic printing, barrier laminating, slitting, coating, waxing and pre-formed pouch and bag converting across the globe.
