Frankfurt, Dezember 2009 - Racke GmbH & Co. KG, Mainz has sold Racke|Eggers & Franke GmbH & Co. KG, Bremen with sales of approx. EUR 70m including its subsidiary Eggers & Franke GmbH, Bremen to the Meier family, the wine entrepreneurs.

Eggers & Franke is a traditional distribution company from Bremen, originally founded in 1804, which holds exclusive distribution rights for numerous well know wine and spirit brands like Canella, Golden Kaan, Linie Aquavit, Osborne and Yellow Tail which it distributes to retailers throughout Germany.
