Lincoln International represents Consolis Group in the disposal of a pre-fabricated structural elements factory in Rinteln to Michael Klebl GmbH & Co. KG.
The Belgium-based Consolis Group has disposed the pre-fabricated concrete elements factory in Rinteln. Consolis Group is a leading European manufacturer of pre-fabricated concrete elements based in Brussels and provides its customers with superior comprehensive solutions for building and infrastructure projects. As a global player, it operates more than 130 production plants in 25 countries. In 2008, the Group generated sales of Euro 18.1 billion and had an employee base of more than 10,000 persons.
Klebl Group was founded in 1890 and is a family-owned enterprise located in Neumarkt in Bavaria. It operates 5 production plants across the country and with the acquisition of the Rinteln factory extends its regional presence towards Northern Germany. With approx. 1,100 employees the Group generates a turnover of Euro 300 million.
