CHICAGO, August 15, 2008 – Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced the sale of Stein World (“Stein World”), to Wingate Partners (”Wingate”), a private investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Stein World in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Memphis, TN, Stein World is a leading designer, importer and marketer of residential accent furniture and decorative lighting, rapidly growing categories of the home décor industry.
