Lincoln International represents Ampro Computers, Inc. in its sale to Taiwan-based ADLINK Technology, Inc. (TSEC: 6166)

CHICAGO, May 8, 2008 Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Ampro Computers, Inc. (Ampro), North America's leading provider of embedded computing solutions, in its sale to ADLINK Technology, Inc. (TSEC: 6166) (ADLINK), a Taiwan-based manufacturer of embedded computing products.

Based in San Jose, California, Ampro is renowned as a pioneer in the embedded computing industry.  Ampro originated the PC/104, PC/104-Plus, and EBX standards for stackable single-board computers (SBCs), co-created the popular EPIC standard for compact full-function SBCs, and recently began offering a rapidly growing line of computer-on-module (COM) products in ETX, XTX, and COM Express formats.  Furthermore, Ampro specializes in providing ruggedized embedded solutions able to perform in extreme environments.  Ampro markets board- and system-level products to original equipment manufacturers in a wide range of markets including medical electronics, defense systems, industrial control, transportation applications, avionics, gaming and communication equipment.
