Lincoln International advises the owners of WMK Group on an Owners-Buy-Out

 

In April 2008, the owners of WMK Group successfully completed an Owners-Buy-Out by means of a recapitalisation. The entire borrowed capital was supplied by the Frankfurt branch of Investkredit Bank AG.

 

WMK Group is the leading independent Supply-Chain-Management and processing specialist with focus on medium-weight axle and framework parts and other machine and automotive components. The company is predominantly the sole supplier for the leading commercial vehicle manufacturers (such as Daimler, MAN, Scania, Krone, Bomag) and cars, off-highway motors as well as casting and forging components. WMK, located in Kelberg/Eifel, has sales of more than €50m and around 120 employees. Furthermore, WMK is discussing a joint venture for local production in India.
