Lincoln International Represents Horizon Partners, Ltd. in the Sale of the Business of Silver Cloud Manufacturing Company Business, a subsidiary of Xymox Technologies, Inc., to Parker Hannifin, Ltd.

CHICAGO, August 29, 2007  Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Horizon Partners, Ltd. (Horizon Partners) in the sale of the business of Silver Cloud Manufacturing Company (Silver Cloud), a subsidiary of Xymox Technologies, Inc. (Xymox). Silver Cloud is a leading manufacturer of electromagnetic and radio frequency interference shielding products and engineered display filters for a variety of electronics applications. Silver Cloud was sold to Parker Hannifin Corporation (Parker Hannifin) (NYSE: PH), a global leader in motion and control technologies. Silver Cloud will operate as part of Parker Hannifin's sealing and shielding business within the company's industrial North America segment. 

Lincoln International worked closely with Horizon Partners and the senior management teams of Xymox and Silver Cloud throughout every aspect of the transaction. Lincoln evaluated the strategic rationale for the deal, interacted with Parker Hannifin and other potential acquirers, coordinated the due diligence process, and assisted with the negotiation of the purchase agreement.
