Lincoln International (Special Situations Group) represents the insolvency administrator of Casserole Group in the sale of Casserole Feine Fleischkost Filialgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (Casserole) including its affiliates to Stebla Food GmbH & Co. KG

Frankfurt, November 2006  With effective date as of 01 October 2006, the insolvency administrator of Casserole Feine Fleischkost GmbH & Co. KG has sold the operating business including its network of gourmet food stores and food production facilities to Stebla Food GmbH & Co. KG.

Casserole is a leading Western-German meat and gourmet distributor with an own point-of-sale network (incl. franchise stores) comprising approx. 34 gourmet stores in the federal state of Northrhine-Westphalia and Bremen. The Company's product offerings include a diverse base of premium meat and sausages and other gourmet food products (i.e. deli salads, Tolle Rolle). Stemming from its in-house production know-how by applying strict ecological standards as well as established private brands (Casserole, Tolle Rolle), the Company distributes its premium food products via both, its in-house store network and third-party clients (i.e. gourmet retailers). In 2005, the Company generated sales of approx. Euro 20 million and employs a total of 300 staff.

Stefan Blaschak, a renowned industry specialist and former Board Member of i.e. Kamps AG and Hochland AG has founded Stebla Food GmbH & Co. KG with a major focus on direct investments (ownership participation) in underperforming companies active in the retail and food industry.
