Lincoln International hires Simon Davis as Managing Director in its London Office to further grow its Industrials M&A business in the UK and Internationally

 

Lincoln International, the leading independent global mid-market investment bank, is delighted to announce that Simon Davis has joined the firm as a Managing Director specialising in Industrials M&A.  Simon has considerable experience executing deals in this sector both in the UK and the US including numerous cross-border M&A transactions for corporate clients and leading private equity groups.  Simon will be based in Lincoln International’s London office where he will work with Julian Tunnicliffe and seven other professionals in the UK Industrials team and over 80 industrials bankers globally.

 

Prior to joining Lincoln International, Simon worked in KPMG’s UK corporate finance team, advising clients on a variety of mid-market M&A transactions.

 

During his time at KPMG, Simon focused on the Industrials sector and helped develop the firm’s cross-border M&A business.  Simon’s extensive Industrials experience spans multiple sub-sectors including: capital goods; building products; and test, inspection and certification services. 

 

Simon has over 15 years of M&A experience and will focus on generating cross-border transactions in the Industrials sector.  His recent experience includes advising Spectris plc on its acquisition of Sixnet LLC and advising LGV Capital on its sale of LGC to Bridgepoint.
