Lincoln International acted as financial adviser in the acquisition of HFL Sport Science by LGC – December 2010

LGC (www.lgc.co.uk) is a portfolio company of Bridgepoint. LGC acquired HFL from Quotient BioResearch Group. The acquisition of HFL will extend and complement LGC’s current analytical service offerings.
